Where Dreams Come True..

If you know me, you know I have a slight obsession with Disney World. It's a place that makes you forget all the troubles of every day life. Every time I'm there, I realize there are more important things in life than just work and routines. My family and I try to go every year, it's tradition!

We started out with my favorite park, Epcot Center. Here we spent the day exploring different countries! They call it The World Showcase

Every May, HGTV hosts the Garden show at Epcot. In "Japan", we always get these soda type drinks. This time my sister chose Strawberry while I chose plain. Yes, plain. It tasted like Sprite minus the lime flavor. Make sense? Moving on, that day we had a great lunch in "Mexico". With a volcano backdrop and real authentic Mexican food, they never fail to impress!

Next, it was on to Magic Kingdom. Starting my day with only the most amazing waffle ever.

I've been to Magic Kingdom more times than I can count, and each time I see Cinderella's castle, it takes my breath away. They have a spectacular light show every night on the castle. It's really awesome, and something to experience! We also had a chance to experience lunch in the new Beauty and the Beast castle. It was beautiful! Themed rooms, and a surprisingly great lunch!

Being in Orlando, we couldn't pass up a visit to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Again, it's tradition! They are constantly adding new rides, and attractions. One I'm especially excited for is Transformers! At the moment, Harry Potter is the main attraction. The best part about that is, Butterbeer! It's essentially root beer topped with butterscotch foam, and it's amazing!

All in all, it was a great trip! Memories made to last a lifetime.
My next trip will be Cannes, France in a couple of weeks, and I can't wait to share that with you!

High Five for Friday!

1. I've recently started "trying" to work out, it's not my thing but I'm loving the view

2.  Girls Night called for some well deserved Oysters and Champagne this week!

3. I clearly have an obsession with Leonardo DiCaprio, so I tend to get a bit excited every time he's on a cover of a magazine. Thank you Esquire.

4. Upfront Season is here! MTV's was last week. Check out my post to find out more!

5. I was invited to be a part of the audience at The Jenny McCarthy show and had a great view from behind the scenes.

A little trip...

My family and I really enjoy just picking a place to head to for a day and explore. I've been to Philadelphia before, but never had the time to take a double decker tour bus around the city. This time we did, and we saw more then I thought we would in one day. We hopped on and hopped off at different stops. Here's a photo recap of my "little" trip.

We started off at the Reading Market, where I had this amazing grilled cheese and Shirley Temple!

When we got off at Antique Row, we stumbled upon this great Vintage Flea Market.
I cannot resist a flea market!

Found this ring on the first table I saw, and had to have it!

Walking through the market, I found these letters from 1955. They're all from the same person to the same person. They have some juicy conversations and it's a piece of history that I'm looking forward to finding more about. My idea is to find the person who wrote the letters and send it back to them.
I'll be sure to keep you all updated!
